I bought a 2005 chrysler sebring on 12/30/2009 for $2000. I bought it, “AS IS”. The seller said he does not know if there’s anything wrong with it or not. I towed to a garage and apparently, there is a lot of problems with this car. Head gasket, cracked heads, burned intakes, timing chain, water pump, and a couple of other things. About $2000 worth of repairs. I live in the state of California and i bought the car is California. Is this car considered a lemon?

Well I just graduated college (B.S. Communications with focus on professional writing) and will be moving to California.

I heard that you can become an attorney without going to law school, but only in the state of California. There is some type of exam you must take and pass…Anyone know any info about this? I am interested in becoming a lawyer, but I have a lot of school loans/debt and I cannot pay for law school. However, I am eager to learn and take the exams. I would like to work for myself and practice general law or become a lemon law attorney and help individuals who may have purchased a new car from a dealership and turns out to be a lemon.

Thanks for any info.
