PLEASE PLEASE HELP ANYONE>
I own a mazda Rx-8. ( never buy one of these) It has 32,000 miles on it and its an 2004. Its been turning off while driving which is very unsafe. I have taken it in to the dealer 6 times in a month or so.Everytime they say they fixed it but they dont. Last time they said i dont drive it right. ( like i dont push the gas to the floor and they say i should) Every time i call customer support they say take back to the dealer. Its under warrenty still but my lemon law rights expired about 7 monthes ago. Are there federal laws or what should I do? I cant take the time to bring it in and I dont want to have to sell it and start over in a car payment! I need help im desperate. PLease.

A lemon from the start. What’s the recourse?

said:

My friend bought a Mazda brand new a year ago. From the start it had problems. Now she has 8,000 miles on it, and she can’t drive it at all. I told her to return it to the dealer. She was too nice to do this in the first place–hoping this lemon can be fixed. So far she has written them a letter, of course, with no reply back. She bought this car in California. Isn’t there a lemon law? Can’t she just return it. Thanks!
