Can California DMV revoke an Ohio liscense for DUI?

said:

I was recently pulled over for DUI. I have a good lawyer and my DMV hearing is coming up. I NEED MY LISCENSE FOR WORK. My work is a 24/7 job, not 9-5.

-I have an Ohio D/L. Can California revoke or have it suspended through Ohio DMV?

-If I am not allowed to drive in CA, can I drive in other states?

Be very specific please. Thanks.

With a lawyer, what is the likely sentence for a 25662 (a) BP in California?

I was on high school grounds which is what really worries me. There was no moving car involved. There were three of us at the time. I’ve hired a lawyer. what are the odds he can get this case dismissed, or at least save my liscence from being suspended for a year?

There was a car involved, but it was parked and the keys were out of the ignition.

Is alimony still awarded to ex spouses in California?

best futures trading said:

I’m asking as my husband that I’m separated from (who lives with his dad and doesn’t help with bills, etc, and is having his dad pay his way for the past 9 months) told me that I’ll be paying him alimony as I make more than he does. I also have two children, from my first marriage. A friend told me alimony was no longer awarded in California. I can get a free consult with a lawyer, but just curious if anyone knows off hand.
Thank you :)

What’s the cheapest/best way to get a lawyer/anyone to go to court for you in California?

I just got convicted of a misdemeanor in California for possession of Marijuana, but I just recently move to the east coast so going back for court would cost hundreds and hundreds of dollars. I hear that you can have someone stand in your place, and judging by the fact that possession out there isn’t that big of a deal, I figured I’d just hire someone to stand in my place. Do any of you know the cheapest way to go about this? Also, I’d like to get my record cleaned of the Misdemeanor if I could. I’m not trying to plead not guilty, I just heard you can get do community service/etc instead of the fine and misdemeanor record. But again, I’m not sure how I could really do anything living out here on the east coast. Anything info you guys have would really help me out. Thanks

How many people have needed an attorney when dealing with lemon laws?

I’ve taken my truck in 6 times, 7 next week, for an ongoing alignment issue. Has a slight pull to the right and never is truly straight. Something must be wrong with the car. I feel it’s a safety issue since the truck feels like it wanders. Anyways, I have reported it to Ford and intend to follow through with having them replace it. My Q is how many people have actually HAD to have a lawyer or attorney step in to complete the process? It sounds like it shouldn’t require one, but the more I read, the more I discover that most people did hire one. Thanks in advance.
