<a href="http://www.learnfuturestrading.com">futures trading history</a>

Some of the birthers are abandoning the sinking ship, others are digging in their heels. Some are defecting to Leo Donofrio, who talks big and sounds impressive. Some are angry at the judge.

I wonder if any of the birthers have read any of the actual filings. If they did, it should be obvious why Orly Taitz was fined so heavily. She wasn't sanctioned for filing suits claiming Obama isn't a citizen, she was fined for being an incompetent lawyer. Her filings (which half the time aren't signed and get rejected) are light on case citations or actual relevant law, but heavy on rumor and innuendo. Lawyers are supposed to check that what they are claiming is correct, that's the frivolous part. Example: Obama visited Pakistan when there was a US travel ban, so he had to have used a non-American passport. Checking with the State Department or googling travel reports would have shown that there wasn't a ban at all. OR: she filed an affidavit that Eric Holder was seen in a coffee shop across the street form the courthouse on the day of the hearing, recognizable by his "not large stature." Holder was in California doing photo-ops that week and that day, and he's 6'3". There are numerous examples of that sort of thing.

When the judge dismisses your case, you don't file to have him recused (you do that BEFORE the case gets to that point, or else every losing side would do that). You don't file a motion to fire your client after she fires you, and you don't file requesting to be released from attorney-client privelege. You don't file a motion to reconsider that accuses the judge of treason and you at least have to address the ISSUES of why the case was dismissed in the first place. When the judge orders you to show cause why you shouldn't be sanctioned, you should, well, show cause. If you can't quote existing law and precident, YOU HAVE NO CASE. You have a political fishing expedition. You can't use the courts for that. This wasn't her first appearance before Judge Land for a similar case (different plaintiff), and the same case with the same plaintiff was dismissed in Texas already. All of that is why she was sanctioned. It had nothing to do with any birth certificate.

Oh, and to be a Natural Born Citizen, you just need to be born in the US. The citizenships of your parents don't matter unless one is in an invading army or is a credentialed diplomat. (There are other ways, but this is the relevent one for Obama.)

the birther "bowel" movement will never die. turds always float to the top of their respective cesspools and will always be with us. the only good thing you can make out of a birther is fertilizer.

they refuse to realize that if there was any truth to their claim, the republican national committee's research drones would have found the evidence before the confetti had been swept off the floor following the democrat's national convention last summer.

edit: penny below me here deserves best answer. hands down.

not only can't they do it while working, but they can get fired if drug tested, regardless of holding a prescription.

Taitz was born in Moldavin, SSR then emigrated to Israel. From there she came to the US. Who the heck does this delusional woman think she is coming to our country and questioning our President. She claims he was born in Kenya, but Kenya wasn't even a Republic when he was born. She's as sane as Michelle Bachmann, and this I say facetiously.

Difference in age will matter more as you get older. If you think of it this way, when you are 69 he will be 78. The difference shows up a little more. Women tend to live longer than men so that means a person is a widow sooner. I am more concerned that you are doing something that your father might disapprove of. If you aren't serious about this fellow, my suggestion is to find a younger fellow that meets your parents' approval.

The real truth us that his citizenship can solidly be identified by his parents citizenship at the time of his birth. Seeing how the U.S. does not recognize duel citizenship its irrelevant if one of those parents were not a U.S. citizen. The fact is that his mother was and still is a United States citizen, that mean folks….that Obama was born as, and still is a citizen of the United States.

$320 to file the initial divorce papers in California.

If the spouse files a Response with the court he/she would have to pay an additional response/appearance fee of $320. A response fee is not charged if its a CA summary dissolution or if the case enters default.

Many California counties provide a Family Law Facilitator to provide free legal help.
