Lemon Laws In California

I just got my Xbox 360 shipped back to me (they said they sent me back a new Xbox 360, but upon reading the manufacturing date it definitely has to be a refurbished one), and now it doesn’t work either! I get the picture just fine, but the sound comes out as a loud, fuzzy sound. I tried buying a new AV cable, but it still didn’t work. I tried it on a different TV, didn’t work. I called Xbox 360 customer support and now they want me to send it back again. I am so frustrated, like many other people who bought a 360. Anyway, my question is this: How many times are they gonna send me back refurbished Xbox’s? Will there be a point when they actually just send me a brand new one? Is there a lemon law applied to it (I live in California)? Agh. Thanks in advance, I am very sad because I just bought Rock Band earlier tonight and now I can’t play it. =[
