Lemon Laws In California

I bought a brand new 2009 honda accord coupe on the last weekend of cash for clunkers, so about a month and a half now, maybe 2 months.

Since then, i have had problems with my back speakers/amplifier. They have replaced the amplifier 4 times, yes 4 times, and it keeps burning out. Is the amplifier on a brand new 2 month old car considered lemon law? after 4 replacements?
also, everything is stock, stock radio, stock speakers, etc

and all work is being done by the honda dealership in which it was purchased
